Job description
1+ years of relevant technical support experience.
Exposure to automation and languages like Perl, Python, JavaScript, and HTML.
Good understanding of tablet, smartphones and other tech products
Knowledge of App stores ecosystems is an added advantage.
Very good oral and written communication skills.
An outgoing personality who loves to talk to customers.
Knowledge of photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
A self-starter who enjoys the fast pace of a start-up and going the extra mile to please customers
Strong grasp of mobile/tablet space (you should be an avid app down loader/user)
Fluency in foreign languages (apart from English) is a plus
