- Knowledge of networking tools like Wireshark and other packet capture tools
- Working Knowledge of ITIL and Scrum

- NetApp SnapProtect
- Network administration LAN WAN load balancers IP telephony knowledge
- Should have knowledge and hands on experience on Cisco ASA Palo Alto Firewalls
- Knowledge hands on experience in routing protocols OSPF BGP EIGRP switching protocols HSRP VRRP STP etc
- Knowledge hands on experience in Cisco WLC Cisco ISE network load balancers
- Knowledge on IPSEC Remote access vpn s DMVPN DNS DHCP
- Basic knowledge in tools like Spectrum Performance center syslog server
- Strong knowledge on network basic concepts
