Education :
UG : B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, BCA in Computers
PG : MCA in Computers, Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required
Key Skills : DOT .NET, 3.5 / 4.0 with C#, ADO.NET, SQL Server 2008, Dot net Architecture, SSRS, Jquery
Additional : WCF, Jquery, WPF, Share Point, Silver Light, MVC

Job Description : Kronos Cloud Infrastructure Team is seeking a seasoned Network Engineer capable of integrating into an experienced team responsible for the design, deployment and maintenance of network / security infrastructure in our hosted production environment. The position requires practical hands on knowledge and a thorough understanding of network security architecture.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Provide production network deployment, configuration, support and upgrades of Load balancing, DNS, and Sys Logging services
- Assist as needed with Switches, Routers as well as WAN circuits, MPLS and VPN services
- Perform network monitoring to provide proactive alerting and historical performance records
- Plan for capacity and growth of the environment
- Assist in the development and implementation of standardized IT practices and procedures
- Documentation in the form of basic "how-to" documents, designs documentation, performance reporting as well as operational procedures
- Support ticket / queue management in a follow the sun support model
- Participate in 24x7 system support rotation and handle escalations

Qualification
- Related Bachelors degree with 3 to 7 years of experience with enterprise networks
- Experience in a Hosting, SaaS, or Cloud environment is strongly desired
- Strong fundamental and in depth experience with network load balancing services and appliances is required
- Solid understanding and direct hands on experience with Juniper, Palo Alto, F5 LTMs and Cisco
- Strong fundamental and in depth hands on experience with DNS and Enterprise alliances like Infoblox and or DNS service providers is required
- Fundamental understanding and direct hands on experience with major vendors router and switch configurations: Juniper and Cisco
- In depth understanding and experience with WAN technologies
- MPLS / EVPL, DS1, DS2, OCS, T1/T3, and even POTs and dial up modem services
