Job description
Responsibility:-

Technical Operational Role:
Act as technical expert on Switching, Security and Meraki (SD WAN) technologies.
Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking, security and Meraki (SD WAN) problems
Deploy and support multi- vendor network security solutions with Meraki (SD WAN) suctioning
Maintain Standard OEMs - Switching, Routing and Security equipment's (Cisco, Cisco Meraki , SD WAN ; Viptela ) based on SOP's and ensure immediate escalation to competent authority in order to ensure uptimes.

Technical Consultancy Role:
Ability to handle Technical Architect / Solution Consultant role for Global large scale projects on the above said OEM Network Security products and technology.
Critical Major Incident , Problem , Change Operation Project Management, Patch Release Management, Capacity Management, Knowledge management (KEDB)
Documentation and Reporting
Getting resolution from Third parties, Vendors and suppliers for fault.
